Combined Standard Child and Adult Safeguarding: For all who work with children, young people and adults at risk
Child Safeguarding for Designated Leads: For child safeguarding officers, their alternates and all who lead on child safeguarding within their work setting.
Adult Safeguarding for Designated Leads: For adult safeguarding leads, alternates and all who lead on adult safeguarding within their work setting.
Managing Child and Adult Safeguarding in Your Organisation: This course will teach participants to identify and plan actions needed to ensure their organisation is meeting it's legal safeguarding 'duty of care' and maintain their safeguarding arrangements in line with legislation, government guidelines and regulatory requirements.
Safer Recruitment: For all involved in the recruitment process including directors, managers, trustees and human resources.
Warner and Value Based Recruitment Training: For those on interview panels, to learn how to assess safeguarding competencies and identify those who are, or are not, suitable to work with children and young people.
Safeguarding: Trustees' Legal Responsibilities:Exclusively for charity trustees, this session will ensure you can manage your charity's safeguarding arrangements in line with the Charity Commission's expectations and guidelines.
Single Central Record Workshop: Half day workshop designed exclusively for those responsible for maintaining the single central record in education settings. Please enquire for dates.
Thinkuknow Introduction Courses These sessions are free of charge and specifically for the children's workforce. Please note, qualifying criteria to attend applies, please check the Thinkuknow website for more details, and to book. Next course dates: 9 October 2018.
